60-day returns
Not quite right? You can return any item within 60 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price.
How to return
- Email info@locketlore.com with your order number and the item(s) you want to return.
- We reply with the return address and instructions.
- Send the item back unworn, in its original packaging where possible.
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, defective or wrong.
Refunds
Once we receive and check your return, we refund the original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may need a few extra days to show the refund.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
Email us a photo within 14 days of delivery and we will send a replacement or a full refund, including shipping. You do not need to send the item back.
Offers
If you return an item that was part of an offer (for example Buy 1, Get 1 Free or a mix & match set), the refund is based on the price you actually paid for that item.
