Shipping Policy

Where we ship

We ship to the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.

Delivery time

Delivery takes 5–10 days from your order. During Black Friday and the holiday season carriers can be slower, so please order early for Christmas. The estimated delivery date on each product page is an estimate, not a guarantee.

Holiday ordering

To give it the best chance to arrive before Christmas, order by December 8. Orders placed after that date may arrive after December 25.

Shipping costs

Standard shipping is free on every order to these countries.

Tracking

When your order ships, you receive an email with a tracking link.

Customs and duties

We aim to ship every order with import duties prepaid. If a carrier ever asks you to pay import duties or fees on delivery, email us with a photo of the receipt and we will reimburse you.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package has not arrived within 20 business days of dispatch, or arrives damaged, email us at info@locketlore.com with your order number. We will send a replacement or refund you.

Optional Shipping Protection is offered in the cart. It is never pre-selected. With it, we replace or refund a lost, stolen or damaged package right away, without waiting for the carrier's investigation.
